2005年早稲田大学大学院博士課程修了。タンペレ工科大学にて研究員、早稲田大学にて日本学術振興会特別研究員、株式会社ローランド・ベルガーにて経営コンサルタントを経験し、2009年より情報通信研究機構に勤務。2019年8月から2020年3月までカリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校客員研究員、2021年4月から2022年3月まで内閣府出向を経験し、現在、セキュリティオペレーションの自動化技術の研究開発に注力。ITU-T SG17 Q6 Associate Rapporteur。博士(国際情報通信学)、CISSP。
