MASAKI KUBO

Masaki Kubo received an M.A. degree in Electro-acoustic Music from Dartmouth College in 2004. He currently leads the analysis team at the Cybersecurity Laboratory, National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), where he oversees internal security operations and manages the large-scale network monitoring research project 'NICTER'. Before joining NICT, he was responsible for vulnerability coordination and the secure programming initiative at JPCERT/CC. He is an expert in ISO/IEC SC27 WG4.
